What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

Can I add additional products to a gift basket or gift box?

Yes you can!. Just add the products in question to your cart along with the gift basket and checkout normally. If everything fits, we will include it all together in the box. An upgrade just one size to the next biggest basket is also complimentary.

I provided the wrong billing address. Can you update the billing address on the order I just placed?
