Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. The tracking process is slightly different for orders that are being hand delivered within the Santa Barbara area and orders that are shipping nationwide.
For orders being shipped, you will receive tracking information once your order is processed. If you requested a future delivery date, we will wait to process your package until the appropriate shipping time to target your future date. Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 2 days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
For orders being delivered locally, our team will schedule your order for processing on the date you requested, or for the soonest available delivery if no date was specified, and then send it out with our courier. You will receive an email when delivery is complete, and you will typically receive an out for delivery notification as well.
