Can I substitute an item in a gift basket?Updated 10 months ago

Yes! As all of our gifts are assembled to order, you can substitute up to 3 products in any of our curated gifts.  

If your requested substitution is of equal or lesser value or you would like our team to select a good alternative, you may checkout online and make a note of your requested substitution in the target delivery date / customer notes box on the Cart page.

You can also make general requests in this field for dietary restrictions like gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, nut-free or specific product types to avoid and let our team select the correct substitutions for you. If you missed this box at check-out, you may email instructions to us. 

If the substitution is of greater value, please reach out to us with what you would like to order and your gift message so that we can send you a customized cart with the correct pricing for checkout.

If you'd like to place the order right away yourself, you may use this product listing to submit payment for the price difference. For example, if the gift box you'd like to order currently includes a bottle of wine that is priced at $35 and you would like to replace it with a wine bottle that is $65, you should add 30 units of the upgrade to your cart and specify on the cart page which wine you would like to substitute.
