I provided the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?Updated a year ago

If you entered the shipping address incorrectly and your order has not shipped yet or you just received tracking information, please email us immediately at [email protected] and [email protected] to let us know and provide the correct address. We will do our best to quickly update the address so that it is delivered to the right location. 

Once your order has shipped and is out of our hands, our options are more limited but we will still do everything we can to help. Some shipping carriers will not allow for address corrections and others will redirect or recall a package for a fee, typically in the range of $25. In some cases, an incorrect shipping address does mean that the package is lost.
