Can I return a product for a refund or exchange?Updated a year ago

Food items, wine, special orders, and most skincare products are final sale due to their sensitivity and perishability. Other items are eligible for refund or exchange. They must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos at [email protected]. We will review the situation and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, discount, or store credit.
