We do ship to PO Boxes! 

However, wine cannot ship via USPS and thus cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Local hand deliveries are not allowed at PO Boxes, they only accept USPS deliveries.

Also, keep in mind that rates for large packages USPS can be a bit higher, so a residential address will likely be more cost effective when sending a larger package.
