What happens if my order is undeliverable and I decide to cancel the order?Updated 4 months ago

For local delivery orders, we will refund your order minus a $20 fee to cover the time and cost of assembly and the local delivery charge (if delivery has been attempted). Orders containing plants and flowers cannot be refunded.

Volume orders have a different policy, please inquire with your rep.

If a shipped package is returned to us due to an address error or failure of the recipient to pick up at a Fedex location, we are happy to refund resalable items as store credit. Bath & body items, wine, and food cannot be refunded.
